    Man, y'all went heavy on the discussion. I want more proof that someone wrote BARS for Drake or Kanye.

    This was my thing back in the day with Jay-Z and the whole stealing Biggie's bars. That's why I always liked Nas better. If you are a rapper, you can never let anyone write your raps. Point blank.

    I like Drake's music, he can rap, he can make a hit.... but if it comes out that he had people write for him... it will not be a good look legacy wise. It's like using performance enhancing drugs in Baseball...

    Can't be in the hall of fame... ie the Top Ten spots when it's said and done. JMO

    I wouldnt say the woat but yea a big let down, too much goin on and too many lead characters.

    Ray is the only interesting one, the others are just boring and wow Taylor sucks as a actor, u could cut all his scenes and you wouldnt even notice. Even tho i like Vince he just dosent fit as that characters.
    Bout to watch the new episode in 1 hour.

    If u want something good to watch this summer check out Mr Robot, its amazing.

    I've been listening to EE twice a day (conveniently to and from work) and have some thoughts on it. Apologies if I repeat anything some people have said on here:

    Off first listen, I already loved the samples Omen chose with Jhene Aiko - Mirrors for Elephant Eyes, Justin Timberlake - Set The Mood Prelude for Sweat It Out and Jill Scott - He Loves Me (Lyzel in E Flat) for LoveDrug.

    Also on first listen, I heard the interludes on this album but I wasn't listening properly. Until after a couple listens, I started to see the connections between the interludes and the next track. And the keywords used in each interlude (motion picture at the beginning, the GOAT Corey Holcomb talking about his son he never talk to lol going into Father Figures). And, most impressive IMO, the Rocky interlude I've heard so many times I didn't care for it at first until I listened properly and the way they were arguing it was like the guy was Omen and Rocky was Cole. This then leads to Omen venting on the track Big Shadows and THEN the two collab on Thing Change. Beautiful.

    Everyone will agree Sketches of Paranoia is top 3 on the album and Bas' surprised everyone with his verse. I learn new s--- in that verse everytime I hear it. Top 5 verses on the whole album and makes me wanna hear a new Bas album even though I was cool with Last Winter. Cole's influence rubbing off on him.

    And you all know how I feel about Zion. Hated it at first but it's grown on me the most on this album and the chorus is too strong.
