Jan 5, 2015 I hope so too. Don't know why HBO hasn't brought it back as the audience is definitely there. Maybe we'll see something if the new Twin Peaks revival is successful.

Jan 8, 2015 It's so funny how everyone seems to not like it in the beginning. It took me a while to really get into it also. The first 4-5 episodes of the 1st season i didn't really appreciate on the first watch through but the second half is where things really heat up and s--- goes down.
Jan 8, 2015 The first time I tried watching the Wire I turned off the first episode half way through about 4 times, now I've done multiple re-watches and don't think I'll ever like a show as much as I do the Wire.

Jan 8, 2015 Never watched the wire before. Now im about halfway through in season 3 and i can see what everyone raves about. I love the show. I stopped breaking bad about halfway season 2 but i plan to finish it out after the wire. Than i will be able to watch the videos since i dont want to see any spoilers from them.
Jan 9, 2015 Also in my opinion The Wire is much much more rewarding in a rewatch. This s--- is even better the second time through, I swear. You pick up on all kinds of little details like Rawls extra police work, s--- like that.

Jan 10, 2015 Rewatched season 5 this past week. Objectively, 4 is the best season but 5 is hands down my favorite season. I've always enjoyed the newspaper characters(Scott >>>>), I love McNulty and the serial killer storyline(no idea why so many have a problem with it) and obviously Marlo and Omar are both in rare form. Hands down my favorite season.

Jan 12, 2015 Shocking to see somebody else without Bodie in their top 5. I thought I was the only one. I hated the guy and was happy to see him go.
Jan 13, 2015 Bodie definitely grew on me. I didn't really like him in the 1st season. thought he was a little prick. His character started to develop later under Stringer's tutelage and then he ended up being one of my favorite characters. D'Angelo's death hurt me more than Bodie's
