    I wonder how big this album would actually be if released today. Would it have the long lasting power of 2001 or the chronic would people be talking about it 20 plus years later as the standard or would it come out 10 years too late and be talked about for a few weeks then forgotten because how fast s--- moves now. I feel like on paper this coming out and be even just good is legendary but nothing seems to really have that insane impact anymore. Literally never here anyone talk about Compton outside this forum also wouldn't consider myself the biggest dre fan but I would for sure listen to a new solo project but I haven't finished Compton since the day it came out.

    Me personally though if it gets released and sounds like a dre album a true follow up to 2001 and not some expiremental auto tune s--- it would be heavy in my rotation for a long time

    What are the last a few dr. dre productions or songs that you loved and wish Chronic III would sound like them? I loved "guns blazing" which is not a dre production but sounds dope, new and catchy to me. Also "never love again" of eminem is very new and different kind of vibe in Dre's discography, i loved it. For example i like "discombombulated" because it sounds nostalgic, sounds like a relapse or detox leftover and i think we all been there before and we need smth new. also "cheers" from paak sounds great to me. what are your thoughts?
