May 21, 2015 this season has been pretty weak... kinda funny/pathetic how they had sansa getting r---d but made the focus of the scene on theon
May 21, 2015 Tyrion is my favorite character and he's basically been a hostage of little consequence.
May 21, 2015 True, but at least he's surrounded by interesting characters and has something to do. He went from in a box to in a boat.
May 21, 2015 jorah isn't long for that world. hoping tyrion doesn't die along with him, although i don't see tyrion dying until the ending of the series
May 21, 2015 Plot armor is basically nonexistent in GoT, but I think he deserves a better death than that. I see the series finishing with a movie to be honest.
May 24, 2015 Episode was cool. I liked the scene with the High Sparrow and Olenna. Also Bronn's scene with the Sand Snakes. Cersei finna get humbled soon.
May 25, 2015 Probably the weakest season theres not really any moments where im on the edge of my seat or anything. this all better build up to something huge
May 25, 2015 This season is based on the two worst books in the series. I also blame the showrunners for some of their casting choices (they really dropped the ball on the Sand Snakes). I know what happens in the books but I don't know if the writers deviated from the books and added another major event. They have already gone ahead of the books.
May 26, 2015 ^Are the two books the most recent books? Basically, is there a book down the way that is better that you are anticipating? Crazy how they went ahead of the books in some subplots but not others.
May 26, 2015 There are 5 books so far. Feast For Crows is the 4th and Dance With Dragons is the 5th. Everybody is anticipating his next book, The Winds of Winter. The problem with Feast and Dance is that GRRM expanded the story too much and Feast doesn't have any Tyrion, Dany or Jon Snow chapters. Also, Feast is kind of boring. It's really just the fallout of the Red Wedding from a few perspectives. Dance was a little better than Feast because it included the previous omitted chapters. Certain things happen in Dance (and they'll probably happen this season) that makes the next book highly anticipated.
May 30, 2015 I actually quite liked 5, I thought 2 and 4 had a lot of filler/boring parts. 3 > 1 > 5 > > > 2 > 4 What I dislike most about this season is that it seems like they're just stalling. They took out a bunch of the filler from books 4 and 5 (which is good), but then replaced it with a bunch of made up filler (unless this Jamie/Dorne s--- has to do with the next book that isn't out yet). The Tyrion/Theon chapters were the best parts of book 5 and they've managed to condense and stall both of them. Season also needs more Davos.
