    Navicular fracture in the wrist felt like it took FOREVER to heal. I thought I would be healed and done 8 weeks in at the latest, until the doctor told me I had to keep a cast on for 10-12 weeks and slight pain could linger for years or possibly forever. Fractured it 2 years ago and I still feel it when I turn my wrist the wrong way. I didn't get surgery when I broke it even though it was an option, and I regret that decision today.

    d--- thats tough...it's good now. Occasional tendonitis but other than that no issues. Physical therapy was a b---- though. Hows yours

    Good to hear. My meniscus causing problems still only 7 months out from surgery though. They took my patella too, hopefully I don't run in to tendonitis.

    oh yeah, my surgery was years ago but the first like 3 years after I had issues. Long car rides or any place I had restricted space and couldn't stretch out my leg my knee would swell and hurt but gradually got better to where that's really not an issue anymore

    Word that s----s mad annoying. Always gotta stretch my knee out at work when I'm sitting otherwise it gets super stiff.

    d--- @Kvp187 and @Worm I'm glad to hear you guys are doing better. I'm going through some knee issues right now too from running, I might either have irritated cartilage from chondromalacia or I might have a slight tear in my meniscus, I got the MRI last week and should know by tomorrow. :hovcry:

    The bad knee clicks a lot though so it might be tendonitis

    I know, its not bad walking but it really affects my running. I know I can be one of the greats fam, I was placing like top 20th percentile at my races before I went down, and its only my first year. I'm too young, I don't wanna end up like Derrick Rose :mjcry:

    Runners knee can get bad too fam I feel for you. I can play but no where near what I used to be able to do. The mental hurdle is cray :mjcry:
