Tattoo

    Does anyone have a J. Cole tattoo? I really want to get one, but I'm not sure which one to get. I've thought of these two at the moment:
    • Even when it's dark out, the sun is shining somewhere - Premeditated Murder
    • We all got Angels, we all got Demons - Sideline Story
    Anyone got any other ideas? I'll probably go for the first quote as Premeditated Murder is one of my favourite songs ever.

    (I made this topic on ColeNation a long time ago, but I still haven't decided).

    I think ive said this before, but gettin a lyric tatted on you is one of the worst ideas for a tat. Specially if it aint a particular lyric that you hold a special connection to.

    Thats just me tho, just tryna help

    Wait a solid year before getting any tattoo.

    You change more than you realize and you might not be the same person that would have gotten said tattoo.
    There was a particular tattoo I wanted forever when I was in high school and now I'm extremely happy I have none because I realized how stupid it would have been at this point.

    Having that said, getting a J Cole tattoo is a bad idea, regardless of the chosen lyrics.

    It's more about quietly plotting on the low. Even though people think you ain't gonna be s--- you got all the faith in the world and goals you tryna achieve without feeling the need to be all out there exposing those goals for attention. You just working quietly. You don't need anyones confirmation or de-confirmation to do you. I'm an artist myself so I feel that.

    Also I got the tat when I was 19. I'm almost 25 and my views ain't changed. If you're a regretful person tattoos just ain't for you.

    Also if your overall goal is to cover up, sleeve up, etc. You GOTTA not overthink the s--- or you're never gonna get there. Each piece is a memory of how you was feelin' at a certain stage in your life so why should there be any regrets on that.
