    Making songs that cater to pop audiences classify as pop. Putting pop singers prominently on a song classifies as pop. This is nothing new, just common sense.

    And n----- pop means built for radio his new s--- isnt "f--- you guys I'm an edgelord" now it's always with these super radio friendly joints therefore he's gone the pop route

    And lmao I never said s--- about the lyrics being bad I'm saying it's pop. That is all. If I said Rap God was a rap song would you go "omg lyrics mean nothing to these kids they just think it's rap" no because that's f---ing stupid all I'm saying is his s--- is pop I haven't made a comment on the lyrics

    never said s--- about the lyrics. In fact, when it came out, I praised the lyrics. a song can have good lyrics and a meh hook + beat. it's all opinionated. You like the beat and hook? Good for you. Don't get mad when others don't, though. Some people just don't feel the song as much as you might.

    I honestly don't care if it's pop or not. A lot of commercial or 'pop' rap songs are fantastic. LTWYL2 was great, Empire State Of Mind was 10/10 if you count it as pop, so many other examples. He just made a few awfull ones with Lighters being the worst imo

    He's released enough bad albums, songs, and verses by now that I don't think additional releases (which will be mediocre at best) will change people's perception of him very much.

    Most reasonable rap fans acknowledge that he is a shadow of his former self, while the general public views him as another pop icon that shows up every few years with songs on the radio.

    I used to be adamantly opposed to him releasing more garbage and tarnishing his legacy, but the damage is done at this point.
