    agree, compton is definitely one of the best songs on the album. The thing is, GKMC is much more diverse and theres a song for everybody. You have the west coat songs, east oast songs, ignorant bangers, club bangers, storytelling songs, lyrical songs, love song, and the songs influenced by Outkast (the South)

    An instrumental interlude is the best track on both albums?

    Compton's alright, it's just an underwhelming end to the album. I really value album arrangement (I almost never listen to playlists, just full albums), so a lot of it probably has to do with its placement on the album (after Real and then ending the album).

    Whereas AOTL's placement:
    How dark the end of of Power is (beautiful death/jumping out the window) --> the somber AOTL Interlude --> All of the Lights --> Monster beginning with "I s---t the lights out" is great.

    I personally love how grandiose/celebratory sounding the production is and how many different artists he utilized/layered to create its sound when you consider its subject matter.

    I've seen enough of your posts to know you're deluded, this goes beyond opinion.

    I disagree with a lot of people, but there is always that mutual respect if they put up a good argument.

    Aw s---, I didn't finish my sentence. I was going to add something like "when you listen to the instrumental, it sounds like a break from how the dark the rest of the album sounds, but the lyrics don't match how celebratory the production sounds."

    I'm not arguing it's a top song on MBDTF, but I like it and its placement on MBDTF. :kanye3:

    Compton is the perfect ending for an album, its a much better outro than Who Will Survive in America & Lost in the world. You can really see the credits rolling when you listen to that song.

    If you think compton isn't well placed or isn't a good outro then the composition of the album and the song flew over your head. As for mbdtf, I like it, but like some people have already said, its OVERPRODUCED.
