Jan 25, 2015 No way. I'm not calling you a liar but I really don't see any way that it could possibly get a physical release Tuesday. Labels don't just send out stuff to stores without the stores ordering it first. Stores would have had to order the Kendrick album before the shipment and someone undoubtedly would have said something about a Kendrick Lamar CD being on an upcoming shipment.
Jan 25, 2015 Yeah, there's a reason why all the surprise releases are digital first, it prevents s--- from leaking before the release date. If this was really happening there would be a lot more info by now.
Jan 25, 2015 I just don't get wtf is going on. This situation is just odd. Maybe TDE didn't have Kendrick's album title on the order form so that it would confuse people. It just say's Kendrick Lamar, so it doesn't register with a lot of people that it's a new album. And having no announcement people aren't looking for the album s much either.
Jan 25, 2015 If it happens it will have to be digital only. No way you can sell CD's without them being confirmed in stock in numerous stores 2 days before release.
Jan 25, 2015 I still think there's a possibility. Like I said, I just don't see why they'd but out a sign if there was nothing coming. It has to go through different people and, if nothing was coming out then somebody would have said "Hey guys, let's pull that out, nothing is coming out."
