"It’s officially Yeezy season, people. Kanye West started off 2015 with a b--- by unexpectedly dropping an emotional ballad entitled “Only One” featuring Beatles legend Paul McCartney. In just four weeks, there have been rumors of what to expect from his upcoming seventh solo studio album, including collaborations withDrake, The Weeknd, Rihanna, & Ty Dolla $ign. Well, it looks like Kanye’s stock will continue to rise this year, as it has just been confirmed that ‘Ye will be apart of a seven-track compilation EP (similar to Cruel Summer) that is expected to release next week.

A forty-five second video has surfaced of someone recording audio of a brand new Mos Def verse on song that is titled “Lock & Key” via iTunes. During the snippet, the track list of the EP (entitled ‘Oh Holy, Why Won’t You Save Us?‘) is shown, and features on the project include Big Sean, Pusha T, John Legend,Jay Electronica, Common, Q-Tip, Pharrell, among others. This is certainly a pleasant surprise for all Yeezy fans, and a positive sign for the untitled album ‘Ye is supposed to be dropping later this year. Listen to the snippet above."

I think Mos Def/ Yasiin Bey is used interchangeably for people to recognize who he is. Mos is one of my all time faves but I never call him Yasiin Bey. f--- that. He's Mos Def. That's just me though
