Stopped caring when I seen this, even Eminem would be embarrassed by your opinions

Kendrick is hardly Dre's artist as it is. Dre was just a name attached to him to build credibility, and he's big enough that he doesn't need Dre anymore at this point.

Love Game is an awesome song. Highlight of MMLP2Enigma, soul intent, Jimelej and 1 other person like this. -

disappointed. I guess there is a small chance that Eminem could rise to the occasion, but given his recent history I think it is more likely that we get a Love Game quality performance out of both of them and it ends up being a big stain on the overall album.
I don't want to hear Eminem rhyme Kendrick with men d----skrowned, aquaberryares, Pixel and 1 other person like this. -

So, we have Rap God. The rapping on it is pretty good, especially after first listen. But the lyrics? Better written than any of his prime songs? Almost EVERY song or verse he did in his prime is better written than Rap God. There are a few good parts, but most of it is just random. The execution is fine but you were talking about the lyrics. His renegade verses are 100 times better than RG as well. And then Jay came in and murdered that track.
I don't see what Young Thug has to do with any of this. I have to be honest, his voice kind of annoys me, but the guy has talent, no doubt.
Fine Line is a great song, especially the second verse. But still, most of his work in his prime was better. It is obviously one of his best songs after 8 mile, and it could be compared to some of his better work, but his best written song, h--- no.

Because Bizarre was also heavily involved lol
edit: but yeah, Em's verses in Devil's Night are among his best ever. If it was solo, we could say that it's his best.Mike02, RetiredAccount and CSW like this.(This ad goes away when signing up) -

if Kendrick really been working on his album since GKMC like that tweet said...this album should be beyond our understanding -

I'd be intrigued, to say the least. Kendrick's not going to let a s-----y guest verse bring down his GKMC followup. Plus, when was the last time Em did a guest spot for a rapper currently in their prime? His most recent rap feature was... 2014 Busta Rhymes? The rest of guest spots have been for people like Rihanna, Pink, and Skylar Grey.
I'd be cautiously optimistic.Honeybadger, Enigma and rapmusik like this. - May 2, 2025
