Feb 3, 2015 What are you even saying bro? You contradict yourself in the same sentence. "MBDTF has really good production but Kanye's production skills are not the best" WTF? Oh, Kanye's bad dude, he's just too busy trying to breaking the barriers of rap. If you can't see that MBDTF is art in musical form then you don't belong discussing it. Kanye one of the greats.
Feb 3, 2015 Yeezus was decent. Writing was kind of sketchy throughout he album, some really cringe worthy bars throughout too. Production wasn't as much a problem to me as it was to most people but I did find a couple songs sounded a little over produced. Loved Blood On the Leaves, the energy and charisma Kanye brings on that track is just great. Also enjoyed New Slaves as well, especially the outro. MBDTF is just a good album to me. Enjoyed most of the tracks on the album though I don't particularly crave or feel the want to listen to them. If they come on on shuffle though I can listen to most of them. This albums biggest flaw is its length imo, it's a short tracklist but the album itself feels like it drags on forever. Quiet a few unnecessary outros/intros throughout this album too. Nonetheless I still think it's a good album, no where near as great as a lot of people praise it though.
Feb 3, 2015 For what the album was supposed to do, yes. Got the point across perfectly. New Slaves, HML, & BOTL speak for themselves. Then you get these lyrics in other songs. She say "Can you get my friends in the club?" I say "Can you get my Benz in the club?" If not, treat your friends like my Benz Park they a--- outside 'til the evenin' end Soon as they like you make 'em unlike you Cause kissin' people a--- is so unlike you The only rapper compared to Michael So here's a few hatin'-a--- n----s to fight you And here's a few snake-a--- n----s to bite you And I don't even wanna hear 'bout what n----s might do Old n----s mentally still in high school Since the tight jeans they ain't never liked you Pink-a--- polos with a f---in' backpack But everybody know you brought real rap back Nobody had swag, man, we the Rat Pack Virgil, Pyrex, Don C snapback Ibn diamond, Chi-town shinin' Monop' in this b---- again, changed the climate Hop in this b---- again, same thing I'm in Until the day I get struck by lightning
Feb 3, 2015 two very suspect opinions m8 the sooner you come around the better. you usually have great taste but i've seen you say this before
Feb 3, 2015 The "great taste" thing doesn't exist. They are called opinions and if you go outside of S80 you would find that the 60% of the fans of Kanye West don't like Yeezus.
Feb 3, 2015 how bout the critics who actually reviewed the album? how bout we poll this site? and since you're the one who came up with the number, how bout you show me where you got it? I shouldn't have to do the work for you, show me how those sites = over 60% of kanye fans not liking yeezus. id love to hear how this works
Feb 3, 2015 You don't need to take my comment in that way. I am not being literal. The poll of this site was something really small. I am just telling you to look around and see. And i was talking about Kanye's Fans, not critics. I don't understand why they keep overrating Kanye in the site, he got that "Best artist of this generation" s-----y attitude because you guys sucks his d-ck all day. I don't want to act corny but in the site they overrate so much the production. The best thing Kanye lyrically had ever written was the Gorgeous track and still got some really questionable lines. Compare Kanye's verses with the features in MBDTF and you would see he get renegaded in every f---ing track. But when you said Kanye can't rap they think automatically that you are some kind of nerd that works all day in Rap Genius and analyze the rhyme schemes of every verse by Eminem or Underground Lyrical Myracle rappers.
Feb 3, 2015 Look around where? EVERY single person I know in REAL life loves Yeezus to some degree. Whether it's Hold my Liquor and Blood on the Leaves. Or Black Skinhead and New Slaves. Or Guilt trip and Bound 2 (they the real mvps) There's literally something that everyone I know loves on this album -- incredible considering its only 10 f---ing tracks. No one I know in real life thought about the album enough to be like "that production is super weird! its not really hip hop i dont like it" They listened, heard good music, and were fans. So where exactly do you want me to look around? How the f--- can you ride the d-ck of the artist whose discography is: The College Dropout Late Registration Graduation 808s & Heartbreak My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Yeezus If you didn't have your prepubescent face so far up Em's gooch you'd realize that Kanye's discography ACTUALLY speaks for itself. Em's doesn't. Well - it does, but it's saying "i fell off 10 years ago." Em's discog NEEDS delusional fans like you to defend him. But that's not his best verse (it's actually one of @M Solo 's least favorite tracks in general), and you aren't anywhere near well versed enough in Kanye's material to be talking about what is or isn't his best written track. So Kanye can't rap because he choses good features for his album that actually make his songs better? edit: Nicki Manaj also renegaded Jay Z on Monster, so does that mean Jay Z can't rap? And if Rick Ross renegaded Kanye on Devil in a New Dress, does that mean you approve of Rick Ross as a rapper? follow up question: do you just say things?
Feb 3, 2015 WHAT THE f--- GUYS CUT THIS s--- OUT first @Narsh and now the world, it must be a conspiracy
