Feb 6, 2015 Thing is, one major point with Kanye is how cohesive his projects are. Having a s--- ton of random songs chosen based on popularity and them either throwing them together or adding 20+ interludes would go against Kanye's artistry And if we're taking his ego into consideration, I doubt he'd let the label pick and choose songs they like the most (aka the most radio accessible) because that's also taking away the art of it all Honestly, having a Greatest Hits album is an indicator of one of 2 things: Either you've lost enough artistic integrity to where you should just hang up your hat (Eminem) or do some serious soul searching (Lil Wayne); Or you were always the label's puppet to begin with (Iggy Azelea) and just bent to their every will and basically acted as a conduit for labels to try to steer rap into the most generic sound possible instead of moving forward
