    ^Drake wears these in "Hotline Bling". I wasn't aware of that fact until after I made the purchase, returned home and started looking up the shoes online. Felt tempted to take it back for that reason but these shoes are just too comfortable. They retail for $90, I paid $40.

    ^ The least comfortable AM1's that I own but the best looking ones. Ordered these from Finish Line. They also use that style for AM90's and AM Ltd 3's.

    ^ I saw these hanging around the Nike Clearance store for a minute. I like the original colorway for the De La Soul's, not these so much. Price was good though and out of respect for De La Soul (one of my favorite groups), I copped them. I did switch out the white laces for the yellow ones. Shoes are a bit too funky for me though. I wear them once in a blue moon.

    ^Jordan 1's, timeless classics. These are the '99 Retro's, so they incorporate some of the designs of the Jordan 14's (mainly the tongue and the back panel with Jordan logo and #23). There was a good sale going on at the Nike Clearance Store, I got these for under $40, 1 pair of socks were about $3.

    ^ I have vowed to always try to buy Air Max's at the Nike Clearance store whenever I see them in my size. Went to the store without any real plans of buying anything and ended up walking out with these. I did switch out the grey laces for some red ones to make them pop more. Very comfortable shoe but the mesh near the toes doesn't look so great when the creases start coming in.

    ^If you were into basketball and sneakers in the mid 90's, then you should remember these. Shawn Kemp Kamikaze II's in the OG colorway. I've always wanted to own these. They dropped on Black Friday 2015. I had a girl hold them for me and I went early to pick them up. I don't know what the general consensus with today's generation is concerning these shoes but I bought them more so for the inner child who always wanted them.

    $130 after taxes and 20% discount at the local Nike clearance spot. These dropped on Black Friday last year but the $220 price point was ridiculous, which is probably why they sat for so long. I got lucky, that outlet is usually swarming with resellers. Every dog has it's day.

    My grails are the Concords but these will do instead. After striking out on the Foot Locker apps, went to the Flagship store on 34th Street and stood on line. Crazy looking line but it was only about an hour's time waiting. I've never waited on a line like that for sneakers but for these, I made the exception. Surprisingly, there were a lot of pairs available. Nike/Jordan wanted people to eat this Holiday season.
