i posted this already in the upcoming kanye album thread. and got an over-sensitive comment in return lol

for the most part, MK is generally right about most things he says. he just puts it in a real funny way. so yes i like his opinions in this video.

it also had me rofl while i was at work which was not cool lol. he roasted the f--- out of him

It still baffles me why people care so much about Kanye's personality. Who the f--- cares. There are so many douchebags among famous people, but the whole attention is always on Kanye like he was the only big ego in the world. Moreover, it often affects people opinions on his music, which is completely incomprehensible to me. It's like saying Usain Bolt isn't Olympic gold medalist because he's extremely egoistic and he looks down on other competitors.

For Example, In "Vegas" when he says "s--- my f---ing d-ck while i'm taking a s---" it is actually a triple metaphor. He's telling his competition in the rap game off, he's talking about some wierd fetish, and to top it all off: he's talking about how much he loves his daughter.

Could Kanye do this? Nah

I don't think an artist's personality should effect your opinion on their music that much but it definately should to a certain extent, especially with rap. Rappers talk about themselves/personal lives 95% of the time, that's what Hip Hop is, so if they act a certain way outside of music it's totally fair to judge their music based on that going in because you're buying into them as a person in this genre.
