Dec 23, 2020Nothing rly. He should make songs he wanna make from now on. Even if the songs are revival level. He owes us nothing. No artist or band jn history gave their fans 21 years of consistent music

A fully Dre+self produced album full of Discombobulateds and Lock It Ups. That s--- could even top TES and MMLP if he keeps up his new prime form of rapping. And he should promote his albums a little bit. It's sad to see just an instagram post for Side B and that's it. Other than that, the dude is on fire and doesn't owe us anything.bobtheman844, ThugLifer, zuttn and 12 others like this. -

Smaller projects. Start making projects. Mtbmb was cohesive enough, but give me something tighter substance-wise. Gnat, last minute of discombobulated, book of rhymes; all sounds he should move forward with. Also, peel back the puns/wordplay frequency by about 85%.bobtheman844, ThugLifer, n9ne and 9 others like this. -

There's a point where he'll slow down I'm sure, but he LOVES rap and I doubt he'll ever say I'm quitting/retiring. He loves the genre too much to do that—it's his life.n9ne, The Mandalorian, Mothrfckr and 7 others like this. -

I think retirement may come soon.

Id like to see a more serious, mature album before he retires. I know he's "Eminem" and that he's all about jokes and crude humor, but it would be interesting to see what a "grown up" Marshall sounds like and what kinda s--- he'd talk about.
Obviously to match the mature content you'd need some proper beats behind it.bobtheman844, n9ne, modli and 6 others like this. -

He just needs to keep reading the comments to fuel his inspiration.....he avoided the internet for a long time but he's realized it's an easy way to be inspired (which he lacked for a long time).Winterindecember, Alpha, ETERNAL and 3 others like this. -

To actually answer the thread question, I’d love to see him work with today’s biggest stars more. And I don’t mean Joyner Lucas or f---ing Logic. An entire album primarily of collabs with people he’s never worked with like Travis, 21, Lil Baby, NBA, Durk, Roddy, Cardi, maybe even another song with Drake since Forever was forever ago, pardon the pun. I’m sure they’d all love to work with him and they would even motivate him. An Em x Ty song shouldn’t have taken this long to happen and it was one of his best sounding joints in years. Just something else now. The mad at everyone else and proving he’s the best rapper alive formula has been beaten to death in the past 3 years. I like the albums, don’t get me wrong, but it’s time to move on and make something fresh. Darkness proved he’s still one of the best storytellers out there and capable of greatness.rockinwhiz, hargydon, n9ne and 2 others like this. -

From being a notorious hiatus-taker from each album to dropping 36 tracks within a year and a fire album a year before that and also been consistent with features through out everything.. tbh now he should just sit back and watch his bills pile up
THO his team should put out a documentary with bts footage of this era (chlora remix - side b)
A lot of people in his camp says that paul and others are recording a lot so there is definitely things thereSahil Kohli, ETERNAL, Mothrfckr and 2 others like this. -

He can put out the most f---ing garbage album next I don't even care, last 2/3 albums were insane, side b is close to prime em and I never would've thought I would be saying that 3 years ago, I had given up on em after revival ( maybe after mmlp2 even )bobtheman844, Sodium Chloride, GCasper and 2 others like this. -
