    For anyone who hasn't watched Legends of Tomorrow I would start now.

    They're in Star City from 2046 now and next week Oliver Queen will show up on it and at the end of the last episode
    they had a new Arrow at the end of the episode and it was a young, black guy

    The obvious one to me is that someone made a strand of velocity that jay ended up taking and had some serious side effects.

    The man in the mask is jay from earth 1. Hunter zoloman on earth 1 is his twin. Zoom is earth 2 hunter zoloman. Jay who died is zooms twin.

    The only problem with this theory is that jay earth 2 somehow didnt know he had a twin
