Feb 26, 2015 So my nexus 7 (2013) is always freezing up and crashing etc. There's not much space left either so was thinking about resetting it. Main problem 8s i dont wanna losmy several gigs of music. I got one folder backed up to my laptop, but when in try to baxckup my bigger music/download folder to the laptop, it stops way before its close to copying it all over. It just stops like the task is finished. There's over 100gb of free space on the laptop so its not that. The smaller folder copied over fine. So i dont know what the problem is? Any help would appreciated
Feb 26, 2015 Idk, but have you tried to copy just parts of the folder instead of the whole folder at once & you do that until everything is copied?
Feb 26, 2015 Same issue. Its only copy a few of the songs and not the entire album. This is f---ing gay
Feb 26, 2015 I know nothing about Android, but I know they have a backup service. Try that out instead to put your s--- online then restore your gear once you reset your s---. If you don't have a lot of internet data, than my bad.
Feb 26, 2015 I think that's just for contacts and app data, not music. I've been googling a lot and haven't found much. I did find an old thread someone discussing airdroid,an app where u can transfer back and to from PC/tablet, among other things, will try that tomorrow.
Feb 26, 2015 It might just be a bug in the software. There's barely any hardware problems involving locked up transfers, unless you dropped the tablet or something...
Mar 1, 2015 Try syncing your phone with Dropbox or HubiC, that way it'll be available in the cloud and you can re-download it from anywhere
