Mar 2, 2015 Its gotta be (at least in my eyes) that em is literally probably the best rapper ever, peak to peak (or in his prime) so people expect more than singing. Whereas drake or kanye were never really on ems level when it comes to rapping anyway. What bothers me is when people say that new rappers who put out music a f---ing monkey could write get praised or labeled as all time great rappers (much like drake). Sure they're sonically awesome but learn what rap is cause whatever the f--- they're doing these days isn't rap its just watered down and sad
Mar 3, 2015 Dont get me wrong Kanye and Drake are putting out good music that i enjoy listening to, probably better than any eminem right now but stop calling Ye and drake great lyricist and geniuses and making them seem better than they are. Drake is good at mixing R&B with rap and current Kanye is great on the production side with decent lyrics, thats it. Everyone flips the f--- out when they release something new. Stop making everything seem better than what it is. Most f----- up part is everyone is flipping out over All Day and people ignore when Kendricks puts out songs like "The Blacker the Berry" and "i" which have message. People pay attention for a day or two then forget. Everyone got it all wrong
