I feel like there was info about this when the song first came out.
People who had his yearbook from the time, went to school with him all said it was bs, there was no girl like that etc.
of course the story is bs, at the very least exaggerated to help him explain the foolish pride tape. getting rejected and made fun of seems more likely.

doubt this guy
pulled the bombest g.d. girl in the whole school.
probably asked someone out, got rejected and called a cracker and a s-----y rapper, went home and huffed a marker and made foolish pride

Idk what's so unbelievable. He obviously dated her. No rejection would make him write a song talking about why no one should date a black girl.

And why would he lie about her name? That doesn't help his defense in any way.

This. Other than that I think the story was true. And this was a very important song for him to release at the time. It was a public explanation and apology put into a record.
