chewing gum is goat for when you're in a nervous/anxiety situation .

It signals to the brain that if you're eating it cant be that bad so it calms you down.

Never knew people found it so hard to stop drinking soda. I used to drink like 5 or 6 cans a day until one day I decided I'm not gonna drink it anymore and that was more than a year and a half ago! I ocassionally drink it like maybe 2 times a month? Maybe less at times. I find it easy to pass up soda for propel water milk anything.

This type of non sense genuinely pisses me off. I'm not attacking you because you're just another victim of the idiots out there perpetuating this bs in order to sell something but there are absolutely no peer reviewed studies or evidence that supports any of this. You cannot gain weight from artificial sweeteners. Something with no calories cannot make you gain weight. Period.

    ?

0 calories means no actual weight gain, but your still drinking unhealthy fake sugar that causes high blood pressure among other things so whats the difference.. i guess the post was more for healthier lifestyle in general

funny you chose that part of my post tho, when i posted it i kept trying to think how to word it but that's the best i could gather to make bot stop drinking it lol

wait are you saying you support diet soda?

It's a way to lose weight where you eliminate nearly all of your carbs from your diet and in respsonse your body goes into a state of ketogenesis where instead of using carbs for fuel it uses fat. It's a very efficient way to lose fat but like any diet it has it's share of pros and cons. The major downside here being that for a lot of individuals it's extremely difficult to give up carbs. Personally, I'm a big fan of it.

I quoted that part because that's all I read before I wanted to respond to you. What's the difference between sugar and "unhealthy fake sugar"? Are you f---ing serious?????? Well, how about the fact that one will not cause you to gain weight while the other doesn't lmao. That's a pretty good start. And as far as the "unhealthy" label you gave it those tests with artificial sweeteners were done on lab rats and if a human were to consume the same amounts the lab rats did they'd need to drink like 400+ diet sodas in the span of 3 hours. Too much of ANYTHING can be harmful. Kids have died from drinking too much water so let's all stop drinking water!!! Water is bad!!! Water kills people!!! Right?? People have died from Tylenol!!! Let's stop taking that, too!!!! People die because of Tylenol!!!! See where I'm going? The devil is in the dosage you imbecile.

And I apologize because I was wrong about something in my first post. I said you were a victim of idiots that perpetuate this type of nonsense. That's not true. You are one of those f---ing idiots that perpetuates this type of non sense.

Unless you have some kind of medical condition it's completely fine. Granted, the first 2 weeks are difficult to get through but after that it's smooth sailing. I did Keto for nearly 2 years straight one time and I was fine. It all comes down to the individual. Like I said the main drawback is that for some, it can be extremely difficult to give up carbs. If you're somebody who doesn't really crave carbs it is a fantastic diet.

If I could make a recommendation, don't drink diet. They disrupt the natural bacteria in your body and you actually may gain weight. If I could recommend a sweetener, it would be stevia. It has proteins that act as a regulator with diabetes too.

I'm one of those people that was reluctant to give up carbs. So, I tried a carb cycling diet and I've been getting good results as far as fat loss. I'm just curious how it compares to a keto diet. You have any insight on that? I'm guessing the same results x2?

Pepsi Next in Canada is so much better than the s--- in the US. I think the only preservative I saw on the list was Potassium Benzoate. Still a pretty s-----y preservative, but the rest was ingredients I wouldn't worry too much about.

Well, you asked for it, so....

Absolutely false. Meal timing has no effect whatsoever on body composition. Eating multiple small meals a day absolutely does nothing for the metabolism.

Wrong again. A person doesn't have to workout while dieting. They can be completely sedentary and lose weight if they are in a calorie deficit. Is working out important? Absolutely but it's not mutually exclusive with dieting.

LMAO what the f--- are you even talking about? 90% of dieting is working out????? LOL what? No. 100% of dieting is 100% of what you eat. You know, you're f---ing diet?

"90% of dieting is working out" I have heard a LOT but that's a f---ing new one. Please elaborate LMAO.

Ugh. If you're going to do cardio alone you should be doing HIIT, not steady state long distance s---.

Oh, @Bot Basal Metabolic Rate is at 2500 calories? You know this how???? What if his BMR is 2000 calories. Will your 2000k a day diet still work? It's one thing to act like a f---ing know it all fa---- on a forum to make yourself feel good or smart but it's another to give out information that's actually detrimental/harmful to people.

I don't know if you were trying to help the guy but at the end of the day literally everything you said was wrong. Everything. I'd refrain from ever giving out health and nutrition advice again or at the very least go do some real f---ing research so you at least know the difference between your a--- and a hole in the ground when it comes to this type of s---.
