    Right for me flows with the symbol not with the kick.

    Extremely difficult to pull off technically, but can sound awkward and off-beat for the casual listener or rather with someone who isn't intricately minded. My brother is a producer and I don't push buttons but I get involved, and he uses some of my ideas sometimes. You notice these things when you're more involved with the instrumental aspect of making music.
