Ikr? All I said was I couldn't stand what Metallica became after they hit their 30s. I seem to remember a '90s Lars interview where he said something to the effect that their departure from thrash to corny pop rock was the inevitable result of "natural aging", suggesting their music had matured rather than immatured. Ridiculous! Fatass just didn't want to admit they turned into money grubbing sellouts.

But to show I'm not a hater I shared some of my favorite songs from their prime, and also to try and get the thread back on track. But Tonshor, stubborn fuckhead that he is, insisted on making it all about him.

The exchange was relevant to exchange I was having in another thread. At first I quoted it here by mistake, but chose to leave it and then add the follow up post.

Shouldn't you be s--- posting (note the space) on a more respected platform than this? Seems to me if you thought you could hold your own trolling with the big boys you wouldn't be on a site like S80.
