    but to keep it a 100 .. my heart was broken for like years after i ended up s--- with a girl...i had to leak i need a doctor and replace the void with the fans love

    so just try to leak something

    Now i know here are mostly though guys and i dont wanna sound like a p----, but its been almost over a month since i broke with my gf, but i cant get over it, everyday depressed, i cant and wont do anything, i just cant get over it, i cant stop stalking here at fb etc,at least i(not she) broke up with her, after i realized that she never really loved me, but that doesnt help me, any advice ?:sad1:

    If you're concerned that your "depression" is genuine (as opposed to just being sad) I'd go see a doctor. If you really are depressed it can be a b---- to get over. It can, and will, control your life. Best case scenario you're given some anti depressants to balance whatever is going on in your brain. It'll let you think and feel rationally. Can't stress it enough dude, depression is a dark place if you don't do something about it. There's nothing p---- about staying on top of your mental health.

    Yes you are probably right, time heals, but no one knows how long it will take for me to get over, so its sucks that instead of investing time in something more useful i keep sitting at home depressed and cant stop thinking about her

    Yeah i have, and it helps when im with my friends, but as soon as im alone again at home, its all over again with depression
