    Shame he didn’t try harder to get good production behind him after hunger for more. When he gets on the right beat s--- bangs. In the mixtape world he’s the PLK. But how many people still listen to mixtapes?

    The thing with Banks is that he was perfect for both. He could make a lyrical rap song, story telling, club b-----r, or even a R&Bish love track. And they all were fun, but if he sticks to just the lyrical miracle rap s---, that's when I lose interest.

    When a rapper blows up, I still want them to do mainstream. If they change their style, it ain't the same for me. He has mixtapes that have songs that I like. But it's the albums I listen to, cause they way more fun for me.

    Been bumping some tracks off HFM2 lately, I hope he'll deliver with this. I'm actually going to pre-order, just because he doesn't drop that much nowadys.

    I was a big Banks fan when he was with G Unit and his first few albums. I think it was the production. The more upbeat, mainstream stuff seemed to favour his flow and his punchlines.

    Since he went indy I haven't really enjoyed his mixtapes or whatever you want to call his projects he's released. They just seemed too rough, a sharp contrast to where he was when he was "famous". Hope he finds a good blend of the 2.

    Also, if he continues with the rough sound then I hope he teams up with the Lox and Griselda more. The 2 sounds are very complimentary.
