    Believe was a 10/10 perfect album. This release is going to be a huge disappointment... No way is he going to come close to Believe.

    Believe and journals are 2 great albums. 2 "GREAT" projects to his name aint a bad resume, I have faith he can do it again but as you can tell I'm sceptical

    Okay, so I'm gonna be open minded and listen to some JB... can't wait for the backlash from mates lol. Want to work out if this is some hipster wave or not. I like Confident but i'll be honest, finding it a little hard to get around my previous views of him when he first came out and also him being like the biggest joke in the music industry to everyone who isn't a teenage girl. Might be a little hard getting around him representing teen pop, bubblegum bs. Never disliked him as a person though as he was (still is) doing his thing and getting his money and s---. Anyway, help me out. Best songs on Journals?

    First track in i can definitely here the weeknd's influence @Narsh. I could in confident also but only really in the vocals. Not the instrumental. I wouldn't go as far to say he's stolen his sound or anything though. Not really a reason to not enjoy the music either, at least for me.

    It's way too diverse to pick a favorite but try heartbreaker or what's hattin (feat future)

    It's one of those goat albums u need to listen from start to finish

    My only point was that he's been making different music since the Weeknd came onto the scene (which was like 4 years ago at this point). Abel's influence in this genre as a whole is underrated tbh
