    Regularly? Of course not. If I’m, say, getting over a cold and riding public transit? I’m gonna try to be diligent about wearing a mask in those situations.

    Exactly. COVID really just highlighted that we should have been following the lead of collectivist countries with this stuff the whole time—it's really just the considerate thing to do and it takes minimal effort on your part. When I went to the health center in college they made you wear a mask in the waiting room but that was really the only other time I've worn one before COVID.

    It def felt awkward to put on a mask every time you went out in public at first, but I think after doing it for over a year it won't feel as awkward because everyone (well almost everyone) will know why you're wearing one.

    Basically what BC said. Obviously I'm not gonna be wearing a mask whenever I leave my house, but if you're sick it's just considerate imo. It's been a common practice in a lot of countries since way before covid was even a thought, we just catching up.

    NJ just got rid of masks except for public transportation and it's up to the businesses at this point. The first day I went to the grocery store all pumped to not wear a mask and when I walked in everyone was still wearing them so I bitched out and put it on. This week I said f--- it and haven't been wearing it. Def getting some weird looks from some people but I'm fully vaxxed. Everyday it seems like there's a few more people ditching them. There's really no reason to at this point unless you aren't vaccinated, have immune system problems, or look like spacemonkey

    Washing hands etc are no actual rules tho. I think what he is trying to say will u be more careful / cautious even if corona is gone or at least not active

    Will you guys still use face masks, hand sanitizers and maintain social distancing when the era of covid is done and over with for good? You know, just for the sake of healthy & safety measures.

    If you do not do any of these during covid, don't bother answering. lol.

    This grey area of different stores in PA having different policies is annoying at this point. Make up your mind one way or the other as a whole about whether or not we need a mask. I’ve just been wearing one regardless because it’s just the safe assumption at this point. But it’s awkward as h--- walking into a store and being the only one wearing a mask. On top of that, my head instantly starts to think these people must think I’m an anti vax tard because supposedly they’re the only ones supposed to be wearing a mask in every store, and when I’m the only one wearing one it looks like that.

    Also I dont believe corona will be really gone, maybe in the fall we get another wave (altough maybe a lot less worsr)
