I remember them announcing the original glass house release date in February 2014 after releasing the single

But then literally nobody cared, so Shady realized they were f-----. They thought XV would get people interested enough to care about an album

i only heard that Glasshouse was planned to release in Q2 of 2015. and the last time i heard an interview about Glasshouse was a month ago.

We had pressed up The Slim Shady EP and it was doing pretty well in Detroit. At some point, Wendy Day called me and said “I want you to be on the battle team. I got you a ticket to the Rap Olympics in LA.”

I went to the Olympics, got all the way to the end, and then lost to the last guy. The guy who won was Otherwize, from LA. It was a local thing. They had a bunch of crowd support there. When I rapped, he went and hid behind a video screen. He walked away while I was rapping. I didn’t have anyone to battle! I’d never been in a situation like that before. I went through a lot of people to get through to the end, and then he walked away while I was rapping. I’m like, “What the f--- do I do?” I was devastated.

I come off stage. I’m like, that’s it. It’s over for me. This kid from Interscope, Dean Geistlinger, walks over and he asks me for a copy of the CD. So I kind of just chuck it at him. It was The Slim Shady EP. We come back to Detroit, I have no f---ing home, no idea what I’m gonna do. Then, a couple weeks later, we get a call. Marky Bass said, “Yo, we got a call from a doctor!”

So officialy we know.

First time I have paid any attention or even been interested in any news about him in a long time but I have to say... those annotations make it clear how much of an obsession music is for him. The way he's writing about it.... just seems like it completely consumes his world. When he talks about "word puzzles" too. I feel like that's what's letting his music down though. He's approaching it in such a technical way that he's neglecting it conceptually. Say what you want about him but he's certainly devoted to his craft.

So he finally talked about Ghost Stories and When h--- Freezes Over, I'll be buggered.

Honestly don't understand his label, they know these tracks are online and everyone's heard them, why not release them officially on iTunes/CD? They make their cash and we get them in studio quality... Seems idiotic to me.

i actually don't know what are you guys talking about and i haven't faintest ideas where Demon Inside leaked but ok. listen to this at 5: 14

and Demon Inside was the originally called Ghost Story and Em said he lost the song.. FOR f--- SAKE.
Demon Inside is one of my favourite s--- of Em. One of his first records he made with Dre along with My Name Is, Role Model/// the same with Till Hill Freezes Over.. first session. It's so vintage, classic horror core. it was supposed to be on SSLP, the intro. Em lost it.
i really love this hard core s--- with that whistle. and i do hope him to annotate this unfinished s--- as the way he did with Ballin' Uncontrollably.
