    Royce has been playing unreleased Glass House tracks on IG recently and trying to get Budden in the lab to finish them off.

    Wonder if this will lead to anything.

    imo Griselda was gonna do fine with their niche fanbase without shady records, but I do think signing to Shady helped them reach a wider audience. This is anecdotal of course but I never saw any em posters here talk about Griselda until they signed with Shady and even just giving them exposure to em's fanbase is huge.

    Good for GRIP to get some publicity...never heard of this guy...will check it out....I expect 1 album if he’s lucky and gone to independent route...hopefully he gets Eminem features and production...

    song is aight at best for me

    Not done with the album but really enjoying it so far. From what I've heard so far GRIP is exactly the type of rapper Em should be signing. The way he raps is super dexterous and he sounds modern while still being more of a "traditional" rapper. Also has a Big Rube interlude so he has a Dungeon Fam cosign.

    The Boogie album is good. Not gonna act like it’s a classic or anything, but it’s not a huge departure from his mixtape work. Definitely worth a listen.

    You do realize Em has put on both 50 Cent and Griselda (don’t give me that, “they were about to blow s---”).

    they’re both phenom acts now lol, Griselda is everywhere with Benny front covering Rolling Stone Mag and really representing on the charts. They’re a staple now in the NY renaissance.

    s--- on Shady all you want, but the A&R work is d--- good.

    even Westside Boogie, he’s doing his thing too. Shady 3.0 is a success.

    Stat's album was finished two times, the second version never saw the light of day because he pissed off Em.

    Stat wasn't feeling a hook that Em wrote for him and said "give me a million dollars then I'll do it".
    He left after a while because his relationship with Em never got back to the way it was, even after Stat apologized to him.

    Shady records could be a decent label if it still had slaughterhouse, griselda, yelawolf and they were all working together. The re up 2 with all of them and boogie could generate some buzz. But shady records doesn’t know how to handle artists.

    definitely not feeling grip though

    Em fans dont listen to em signees like they used to. Eminem used to shout out d12, obie, 50 on like every single track, h--- same with stat quo, bobbycreek and cash's for that brief moment before the hiatus. Hed put them on his albums, feature with them regularly, bring them along for interviews. They felt a part of the em canon, which is why shady records actually felt dope in the early 2000s, that shady/aftermath shout was cool because it actually felt like a roster

    Yelawolf and SH were signed during eminem pop s---, so they werent touched on because em was too busy working with pink and sia.

    Why wasnt boogie or griselda even on any of the 4 albums he put out after signing them? A casual em listener might not even know they exist, so the shady records boost is essentially non existent
