Ah no neither do I but this one was just way too over the top from the rest

I noticed one or 2 other parts when it showed him from the side, I think his brother replaced him in the parts he hadn't finished filming

Do these movies have a continuing story line throughout the series or is it basically just cars racing fast, chases, action scenes, etc? I only saw the 1st one and that was a very long time ago.

It has a story behind it although it wasnt really apparent till like part 4. Id say its more of a guilty pleasure type series than one that i am actually passionate about. But yea its not just about cars and action theres a plot to it so id recommend watching the whole series

I cried. Like idk, it may of been because Paul has been my favourite actor since the first one. I watched it when I was 13, it had just come out. And now. I sorta feel that I won't be able to watch it because I know how his story ends. Like. d--- the movie hit me hard.

Although the non Paul related parts were great as well. The action was amazing. The plot is good if you can keep up with it. I definitely noticed the new director and his distinct style.

In my honest opinion I think this should be the last of the series. If the studio insists on another film, I hope they go the Tokyo Drift way with a new cast and location. I couldn't see any of the regulars (Luda, Tyreese, Vin or Michelle) wanting to continue without Paul. Because when you think about it the series is the story of Brian. He was the heart of the series and I hope they leave it how it ended in 7.

Have already seen it twice in theaters. I loved it about as much as I loved 5 and 6. Paul Walker tribute at the end was beautiful. The original is still my favorite though. Just got done watching it again and it never gets old.

Seen it 3 times now, absolutely love it. I saw it, then watched them all again before seeing it two more times and I think its my favorite of the 7.

I cried at the ending. This series has been a part of my life for 14 years, and that ending was the perfect send off for Paul. Dom wasn't talking to Brian at the end, it was Vin talking to Paul. Tears were shed.

The action of course was batshit insane, but thats now what I expect after the Dom/Letty catch in 6. It was at that moment that I knew these were now superhero movies, and nothing was off limits. Looking at the series this way makes me love it even more, and I'm so happy they've gone this route. Some people can't hand the ridiculousness I suppose, but I say ramp it up even more. I want these f---ers driving on the moon or something during the 10th film lol

I'd be glad if they just stopped on this one. That ending would be a perfect finish to the series.

Its crazy to think it's been 14 years since the first Fast and the Furious. Shti I remember coming home from day care and my dad had it on DVD and I was hype.

Entertaining, knowingly absurd movie. found most of the action sequences besides the Rock/Paul walker in the bus kinda boring after awhile. Recently I rewatched Tokyo Drift -- it's crazy how much this series has morphed and, somewhat, I wish it were more character/car-driven like the initial films.

I think they handled Paul well for the most part -- clearly half his scenes it was B roll footage/cgi/body double. Filmmakers did their best and were creative with what they had.... generally managed not to be distracting/a gimmick. Ending was a nice tribute.

also, i loved hector's cameo from the first film (and iggy lol wtf)

edit: little bit of trivia. i went ON MY FIRST DATE to seeing the original fast n furious in august 2001. ::whew::

    edit2:

    gonna say
    1. fast1/fast6
    2. tokyo drift/fast2
    3.furious7
    4. fast 6

now that paul is gone i kinda want the series to switch it up again. its gone from a point break remake, to a drug crime flick in miami, to the randomly amazing tokyo drift, to the oceans 11-lite tone, to this weird hunted/kurt russell thing..... maybe lose the over the top action sequences for a film, try something new

@Mak tbh ive never seen 4. and i watched most of them out of order. it doesnt rly matter - i suppose it helps, but only a r----- wouldnt be able to follow along
