May 2, 2015 another thing i like more about it, not only does it actually have a theme, it's more me, soundwise at least. it's really a show of my general moodiness/emotions. whereas bittersweet was not only before I really found a consistent sound, it was also when I was still trying to go more for a more mainstream, upbeat, poppier edm sound for more appeal
May 2, 2015 little extended preview of something from this, even tho it's delayed. I got a random idea earlier to put together a little intro skit for Reflect and just finally pieced it together so I thought I'd post what I've got of this the song itself is a bit odd but I like how it's turned out so far. its nowhere near finished tho (obviously since it just cuts off at the end)
May 4, 2015 Triple post but, I'm seriously considering either scrapping this entirely or setting this aside for a much later date in favor of a sequel to The Coldest Winter aimed for fall this year.
May 4, 2015 I've done that before.. have a planned project, have other ideas...and it doesn't match the project I was working on..so I scrap it, and work on something else..lol it happens
May 5, 2015 You guys should've heard my planned album before The Coldest Winter was a thing. Completelyyyyyyyyy diff. direction and sound, wow, like you don't even know. Only one song from the 11 or so tracks I had planned and worked on for that ever got released.
May 6, 2015 so if i do go the route i'm currently taking, and set aside or scrap just breathe ep and work towards a sequel for the coldest winter, it might sound something like this thoughts?
May 6, 2015 Sounds very different from Coldest Winter but it reminds me of winter in Australia because we get a lotta rain and it's not as harsh. But I digress, sounds really good imo.
May 6, 2015 i tried to keep a similar style with the track but not completely bite what i did with that ep, or the intro for it, so i guess that's good to know. And if i go this way it won't be a The Coldest Winter 2, it's going to be something like The Autumn Storm. Different season and sound but very much me. Got the idea from @Creation awhile back to do tapes for each season and this feels more natural a thing than just breathe. i'm really forcing stuff for that. thanks man, appreciate it
