    I figured with the abundance of superhero movies that are currently out there and the many that are slated to drop, I'd start a thread to share and discuss comics. I'm relatively new to the genre and thought this might be a good way to help others get into it. I currently have:

    V for Vendetta
    House of M
    The Joker: Death of the Family
    Chew Volume 1: Taster's Choice
    Batman: Year One
    Batman: The Killing Joke
    Batman: Hush
    Batman: The Court of Owls
    Batman: The Dark Knight Returns

    I have a bunch of Iron Man/Avengers/Deadpool comics in storage

    Nowadays I mainly download .cbz files online to read the newer ones

    I had read a few like that when I was younger..the only problem with me doing that is I like to collect things..it sucks haha

    Got the full Death of Wolverine series, a few Avengers, Superman, a few vintage X-Force comics and a random collection of other comics that's non Marvel/DC.

    I mainly collect Batman, The Walking Dead and Arrow season 2.5 comics now. Did get Spider-Man religiously but the recent Spider-Verse storyline put me off the comics for a while.

    I met the Ultimate Warrior when i was a kid, shook his hand and he signed the first issue of his comic book for me. RIP

    The Death of Wolverine was one of the books I was looking at last night in the book store. considering going back today to pick up some marvel stuff. Really interested in either spiderman or Doctor Strange

    The Death of Wolverine was pretty great, although the finale is a massive disappointment. The holographic covers are a plus though and are awesome on display.

    Spider-Man is good, but suffers from hit or miss stories. Spider-Verse was set up to be an amazing event that didn't live up to the hype. The Scott Snyder Batman run has been amazing, but I'll probably stop after DC's Convergence event seeing what they've done with the character.

    used to read x-men as a kid and had alot of the phantom comics i dont know where they came from. i download comics sometimes to read while listening to music

    Was gonna start a thread like this. :emoji_thumbsup: Realized recently how many people on here are genuinely interested in comics still. Used to read Sonic the Hedgehog comics when I was a kid lol, and those initially put me on to comic books. I mainly read Batman now (Snyder is doing a fantastic f---ing job with Batman), JL, and whatever Wolverine I can get my hands on. Recently, I've been f---ing with graphic novels, a lot of which are just several issues put together in one book for major arcs or what have you.

    @Deadpool Where would you recommend I start reading Deadpool? Don't know why I've never read him, I'm sure it's hilarious.
    Cable & Deadpool, or does he have his own title now? I'm assuming he does at this point, he's f---ing huge lol.

    I collect The Amazing Spider-Man (Not Vol 3) but my collection is pretty amateur. my best issue is the First Appeaance of Black Cat

    Good condition? You could sell that s--- for probably close to 2k if you ever needed the money.

    haha not not amazing condition (has a crease on the first page) but I mean to get it graded one day. I bought it for $70 at Toronto Comic Con.

    Great pick up. I'm sure it will increase in value once the new Spidey movies come to light. Assuming of course they throw BlackCat in there.

    Most prized possessions in my collection are a first edition of The Killing Joke and the original Journey Into Mystery Thor vs Hulk. Probably forgetting some other treasures.
