Dec 16, 2016 17 and 18 are obviously stronger than Muten Roshi and Ten Shin Han, and probably stronger than Goten and Trunks (they still can't go SSJ2)
Dec 16, 2016 18 is human. No possible way is a human stronger than Goten and trunks. Period. Is 17 human? I can't remember If he stayed an Android or not.
Dec 16, 2016 C18 isn't "more human" than C17, Shenron couldn't do anything about their nature, he just removed the bombs from their bodies. They're at least as strong as they were during the Cell Arc, which means way stronger than ordinary SSJs.
