Mar 11, 2022 Didn't like this at all But I haven't even listened to it fully so idk. Just wanted better flows, bars, passion. From what I heard its just boring af and the songs are too short coz it's missing 2 other artists...
Mar 11, 2022 I’m a huge Joe Budden fan but I always have followed his career closely since 2003 and know he sabotages every relationship he has and is great at finding little angles to put the blame on the other person he is wrong here, it’s all good that he doesn’t want to rap, but the fact he never replied back to crooked about the deal is what the issue is. No answer = an answer if I call and text someone asking if they want to go to the movies tomorrow and I don’t get a response back but I see them posting all over social media about everything else, it’s fair to say they aren’t interested in going to the movie with me. The argument of “I never said I wouldn’t rap again” “I never rejected the contract” is BS he did this with def jam, he did this with amalgam digital, he plays victim in all his past relationship with women, he’s physically abused women even killing his own soon to be born baby because he sat on his girls stomach in an argument and tried to downplay it
Mar 11, 2022 Also joe talked in the past how he wasn’t star struck by Eminem like the other members of the group were but in his own song “Slaughtermouse” he says about Eminem “I wonder if you ever catch me when I stare at you in awe” lol
Mar 11, 2022 I expect I'll end up enjoying this quite a bit but my first listen was kind of disappointing. For a couple of reasons, the first being that this really doesn't tell 'The Rise & Fall of Slaughterhouse'. There is basically no 'rise' on this project, and some more cuts that told more stories would have been appreciated. I also don't like that 'Still in my feelings' is basically just a Crooked verse added to Joell's last album intro. Weird choice. Some bangers on here though, still like it.
Mar 11, 2022 Crooked using pointless multies while literally not saying a god d--- thing per usual, dorks will call it peak lyricism
Mar 11, 2022 Yeah man, some deep joints there, especially "Fukglasshouse", "Sorry", "Almighty" etc. I really love the whole album, I need a week to calm down to post my proper opinion, but still... great album!
Mar 11, 2022 Is there a DL link yet?? I'm getting a lil pissed off I haven't been able to listen to this yet.
