Dude where did I get offended? Why do people jump into discussions like they have the insight everyone was missing ?

Point out where I'm upset...it's not that I get offended, it's that I don't let people just drop unsubstantiated criticisms.

Do you want not-soft music or not? I'm confused.

You said that soft music is a negative influence for the youth (apparently The Beatles were a bad influence), and that this era is terrible.

I said that the previous era was much more of a negative influence (if we think that most of the parents are worthless, and will raise their kids to be mindless and do as they listen to songs, or as they do in GTA etc). Do you think that the majority of parents are bad? Do you think that most of the people will watch a superman movie and then proceed to fly out of their windows? Do you think that if I listen to Freddie Mercury I'll dump my girl for her brother because Freddie had relationships with men? Does this make sense to you? I think that this is a r-----ed thought.

Anyway, do you actually care about this influence, or about the music? Or whatever suits you?

Did you like the previous era because it was focused on violence, or because the music was good? Because you seem to despise this era because you think that it's focused on a gay agenda, which not only contradicts what you said earlier, but it also shows that you ignore a lot of things about rap, regarding both decades.

The point of the forum isn't to jerk each other off. The "it's your opinion and i respect it" is implied, ESPECIALLY after I've explicitly said that I don't care what anyone's opinion is. It's a waste of breath to keep restating/seems to only be needed as a preface for the immature posters anyways.

The reality is: "that's your opinion and i respect it, but here's why I disagree and here's your chance to defend or expound on your thoughts," is what the forum SHOULD be

The name calling etc only comes into play when people like you annoy me by always playing the victim

That's me I'm out, There is no such thing as criticizing my mind set, He has no idea how many times I listened to the album giving my opinion about it or anything in that sense. If I say I don't like Young Thug and I think he's trash, that's exactly what I mean. And him begging me to give it another chance is pretty sad imo.

Majority of reviews on Barter were bad for YT so I don't see how he's coming out with 9 for it on his review.. Its plainly because he likes him not because the album was any good.

I'm not gonna waste my time looking for posts from the last 2 weeks. I've seen you get upset when someone doesn't see eye to eye with you many times.. I'm not trying to beef with you man I just think you need to take a chill pill and relax. It's not a big deal if someone doesn't like Thugger.

I'll also go ahead and say everyone should stop jumping on this dude but when you insult other people don't expect them to take it lightly when you're attacking someone's mom or callng them c---- because they expressed their opinion.

If you kept your misinformed opinions to yourself, I wouldnt mind. If you prefaced them by acknowledging your lack of knowledge, I wouldnt mind. If you're going to spew them as fact, and then defiantly deny defending them, Im going to keep singling you out

I never begged you to listen to the album -- you just feel that way because Im asking you to cite specifics, and you cant actually do that when youve only given the album shallow listens.

Where are you getting this "real hip hop" stuff from? I listen to pretty much everything except country. I like lyrical hip-hop music 90% of the time but I can get down to trap/party music as long as it's interesting sonically and not the same s--- like most of DJ Mustard's catalog. Outside of "Stoner" and that song he did with Lil Durk, Young Thug isn't all that to me. It's cool if you like his music just stop getting upset bro.

The whole Theg/Kreayshawn was tongue in cheek... But there was a kid on RB that stanned hard as f--- for Joe Budden and spent every waking moment trying to convince other posters to be Joe Budden fans.

It actually worked... I bet in 2009 Joe Budden was the 2nd or 3rd most popular rap artists on RB. Of course his national popularity didn't reflect that and he was just another mid level rapper.

Funny... a guy that Danny converted into a Joe Budden fan on RB is a big Young Thug fan here...
