    I feel like 18 should just be a universal thing. High school is where things get f----- up and slippery and honestly the whole senior guys hooking up with freshman girls thing that is normal in American high schools is super pedo and creepy and shouldn’t be a normalized thing, but it is. There’s a huge difference in maturity both physically and mentally between a 15 year old and an 18 year old

    The double standard regarding the gender of a sexual predator is real. Time and time again when stories like this come out there are always comments asking how or why the male student would rat the teacher out, people wishing they had a teacher like that in school, etc etc.

    I’ve seen women charged and convicted yet only face 30-60 days in min sec, not have to register as a sexual offender, and resume their careers. That’s rarely the case with male offenders.

    Yeah, they should really raise age of consent in Europe imo. I think it should be 18 but if you’re going to make it 16, there should be like a cut off. An 18 year old & 16 year old hooking up is very different from a 16 year old & 28 year old hooking up. The prior is probably fine; the later no. Age of consent under 16 is flat out malpractice. Just gross.

    This is mostly me being f----- up, or maybe i can try to blame this on society, but my initial thought was "male or female teacher?"...because in my mind it's somehow worse for a male to send photos than a female to send to a younger male.

    I agree with you. Not sure if wider public does. All I'm just saying it's perfectly legal in a lot of countries.

    Yeah, and that’s fucken gross. By no means does a 13 year old have the agency, maturity, responsibility to consent to any kind of sexual activity.

    This is what always bugs me.

    "Was the person black or white"
    "Male or female"

    s--- like that doesn't matter at all, everyone can be a victim or the one doing something bad.

    But of course, being a man, if a hot female teacher sends nudes to a boy you're like that south park episode: "nice...." lmao. Even if thats not fair.

    Yeah, it may not be criminal depending where you live but still socially condemnable imo. Like, you’re knocking on 30, you shouldn’t be trying to f--- minors. At least find someone 18….like I might still judge you but not as much lol. I won’t assume you’re like preying on minors.
