    I do not like Fantano and I do not like logic, but I think it’s unfair to discredit the job of a music critic.

    It implies that in order to critique music, you must make music. At the end of the day, while Fantano is a music critic, he is an entertainer. He does create, just in a different way.

    we all critique music here also. But not all of us are creators of music.

    Fantano’s said a million times it’s just his opinion & not to take it as anymore valuable than another’s & anyone with a brain can rationalise this. Crying over another man’s opinion on music that’s not yours is weird af especially when you navigate a music forum as well.

    Never understood the disdain for people like Fantano in an arena like this, it’s a contradiction, maybe the platform he & others have built is hurting a few egos around here.
