    I've just upgraded to the Pixel 6 Pro. I've always loved the Pixel series but coming from the Pixel 5 I've learned that I prefer the slightly smaller size.

    Was just checking out the specs of the iPhone 14 for s----s and giggles and I'm impressed.
    Base iPhone 14 is just that, base.
    iPhone 14 Pro is the suped up version. And this is where I find it gets interesting...
    iPhone 14 Pro Max has exactly the same specs as the Pro, just bigger.

    Normally, bigger = better. And that's certainly the case with the Pixel 6 series.

    Anyway, I'm ranting. What phone have you got? Do you like it and what would your ideal phone be?

    I’ve had the iPhone XS since it came out. I’ve been waiting to upgrade to the next iPhone that doesn’t have a notch at the top of the screen for the camera and all that, but that has taken years. Finally the iPhone 14 Pro gets rid of the notch with great timing too as my iPhone XS dies in about 2 hours or less these days. I’ll be getting the iPhone 14 Pro Max since I’d prefer the biggest screen. I’m not sure what color yet, but just look at this beautiful whor-

    I had a lot of android phones before. People so oh you can do s--- without jailbreaking it. Dude who cares i want to have a nice phone i only use whatsapp and youtube anyway i dont want to f---ing play gta on my phone. You are right with the ecosystem its really nice. I got my air pods and apple watch and use the apple music app everything is connected fast. The problem i have with android the most is the phones don’t look that good or they look like iphones. When i go to my local hookah bar and i put my iphone on the table its more impressive than a android that slips outta my pocket and the battery is falling off looking like a goofy a---

    Huwaei P30 Pro. Got it in 2018 so it's a little old now, but it's the best phone I've ever had.

    So reliable, speedy, incredible battery life. The interface is way better than ios and it's not even debatable. Had various iPhone over the years so I'm in a good position to compare.

    Only downside is the front camera. IPhone camera s----s all over it tbh

    Just got a Pixel 6a. I like that the screen is 6"1 and a little more compact than a lot of these phones on the market today. The camera quality looks great. Battery seems to be draining a little fast but i've seen worse. They say you gotta give it a week.

    Also comes equipped with the same tensor chip the pixel 6 and 6 pro use which is pretty impressive at this price point. The phone is made of plastic but you can't even tell. Most glass looking plastic i've ever seen lol.

    All in all great phone so far for it's price range. Got it on sale too.

    iPhone XS Max, still going strong. Thinking of either replacing the battery at Apple for £69 or upgrading to the 13/14 Pro Max. Probably end up just replacing the battery & riding this out till it slows down/breaks.

    I’m enjoying it so far. But if you get it be careful with the big camera bump. I’ve seen people post that the edges of the camera bump got scratched very easily.
    It really is crazy how Apple doesn’t care about ergonomics anymore. I lowkey feel like Steve Jobs would hate modern iPhones.

    Upgraded to 13 Pro Max from XS Max. Perfect phone, battery lasts 2 days, camera is miles better, same with screen & performance is night & day, didn’t realise until switching how much my XS had slowed down (which I suppose is a good thing). Not one hiccup in the month I’ve had it for now. Very happy.

    I like it, only issue is that the modem isn't as good as the 7. I find that I don't have as good as service in places I normally would. I used to actually switch 5G off on my 7 because it used more battery. Honestly 5G is BS. There's instances where 4G is faster

    If we're being real, for the average person almost every smart phone is basically the same for all intents and purposes lol it's really just a matter of preference with the UI etc.

    I've used iPhone too and it was the worst phone ever lol. Constantly buying a new charger once a month because for some reason they always stopped charging the battery. Even the expensive ones would die out within 5 weeks.

    Android is definitely better imo. Would never go back to iPhone now.
