Its been exactly 2 months since Kendrick released the critically acclaimed TPAB. Is the album as good as GKMC?

For me the album has aged great. Sounds nothing like anything else out right now. Its a very consistent album but apart from U it doesn't have as many stand out songs as GKMC. So I would rank GKMC as the better album.

Why I think there both classics. Just think GKMC has more stand out songs like Maad City,Money Trees & Sing About Me.

I don't think Mortal Man gets enough love. I think I remember @Narsh was hating on it.

GKMC. TPAB doesn't have great replay value for me. Still an incredible album but GKMC is better. I can play tracks from it anywhere I am but with TPAB, I can play tracks like King Kunta Alright, Hood Politics, TBTB and YAGL around my friends but besides that they'll get bored and it's weird.

It's a f---ing brilliant album to listen to for myself, but I'm not always in the mood to hear tracks like u, For Sale, HMADC, Complexion and Mortal Man. GKMC has more all around tracks if you get what I'm saying? :dno:

TPAB is by far the better album, but GKMC is more listenable and accessible and easier to jam to. But TPAB is a better overall product. I think they both have plenty of standout tracks though (SAMIDOT, Alright, U, mAAd city, Hood Politics, Money Trees, etc)

Agree with this to an extent. GKMC is definitely the more accessible/easier to listen to project but I don't know if I'd say TPAB is by far better.
