    Flicking the bean is so much more fun tho. Did you ever try MMA and if so did you like it?
    Yah but those are pretty useless, it's more of a short warm up session than actual stretching

    Yes then jiu jitsu is good for you. You are gonna notice positive changes in all of those aspects you mentioned.
    But you have to be patient and listen to your coach. Go to a good gym and you have to go multiple times a week to see results in the long run. Do this a few years and you are on a good level. One year is not enough jiu jutsu is very extensive.
    Also have fun don’t go there just because you have to or view it as some kind of work

    Make sure you do a lot of anus stretches. You don’t wanna tear your a------ open while doing jiujitsu

    Yeah i suggest you stretch your vagina into a set of testes and go to an mma gym
