    2014 me would write a 3 page chapter of forum fiction about why you’re wrong. but 2022 me believes it’s important to honor everyone’s oninions

    this is a really good point. before deja vu, almost nobody knew what really happened, what he’d been doing, etc. i think this song is often taken for granted because of being almost immediately overshadowed, right or wrong, by tracks like forever and gtc

    Yeah IMO… that song is a special brand of awful lol

    which sucks a--- because the beat is great and the hook is great. What a wasteeeee. song is an audible headache

    Yeah like, I was following Em all through 2006/2007 waiting for the new album. Back when the king Mathers website was up and nobody knew if it was real or not. Next thing you know he’s in the hospital for pneumonia

    then I didn’t follow much til relapse was announced. So hearing “you know the whole pneumonia thing? It was bologna, was it the methadone ya think?” was a trip. Great song, necessary song.

    d--- i forgot about difficult. thats some raw stuff. thats why its great too, not like his other fake emotional songs where he still needs to throw in some metaphors or punchlines lol

    i was typing out exactly what you just said about it tbh, maybe the only time we’ve ever heard him that raw and real and not some deeply calculated polished fakery that even deja vu has
