    It's so easy to market if we had a real identity. We can't be a Kendrick forum addicted to Eminem and Lil Nas. Let's rebrand asap.

    We need to put this place out there hard.
    I want to see this place flourish again and actually have an audience like studio leaks.
    How do sites like flexyokay and jamznet not get shut down we need a legit downloads section to draw in more people. We don't have to leak the music ourselves but if we have legit links for album drop downloads, singles, music videos... it could be a good push.
    I need the runners to throw in their 2 cents on this

    @Slyk what is the status on the rebrand? Also maybe we can discuss the next upgrade. I think we may he overdue?

    Yeah we need to do something. I think together there isn't anything we can't do. We can't leave our kids with this mess we have now.

    I just checked and it looks like @Slyk is already running it thru Domains by Proxy lmao

    He'd know more about this stuff than me. But while I appreciate the sentiment to be honest I don't think regular download links are that attractive these days unless it's actual leaks/unreleased music (ie not on streaming). Something I always wanted to do here was have an expansive bank of fan-made compilations of leaked music/recreations of shelved/scrapped/unreleased albums and encourage people to make their own/collab. The fan edit communities are flourishing but they're mostly on discord. I made a thread in [redacted] that has a handful of fan-made ones but there was a never a huge interest here with regard to people making their own.

    I agree with jmg. We can't be dedicated to one specific artist. We need to be a straight up hip hop/rap forum studioleaks was basically dedicated to em leaks and that's how it flourished most definitely but the name didn't cater to a specific artist. Neother dod rap basement.... whatabout like hiphopanonymous.com? Is that domain available? Because if you think about it most users on forums like to remain anonymous, people like me jmg coco, were a different breed and yea coco prolly doesn't f--- with me but whatever, the ogs that have always put themselves out there are the faces of the entertainment aspect. We are the ones to run the podcast ING aspect and the anonymous users are the ones that would call in, critique, and remain anonymous but still get a little bit of limelight because of their user name being said on the podcast alone.

    The problem is, I work 50 hours a week and have a woman I need to cater to outside of that, so I can't really devote my all in to this, others have families as well, but this dream is not unreachable. We just have to put some work in and keep at it rather than talking s--- to fa----s that paint nails for a living like big boy

    It's all about an entertainment aspect tho bro if we got lively entertaining personalities for a podcast it could bring traffic on here and especially if you implement a user's view type thing where you put someone and their opinions on certain projects out there and then we could start making money. It's not that expensive to get your own equipment I've had it twice and am otw to getting the best set up I've had yet
