    based on nothing just that rihanna is dropping on that day too + memorial day weekend and 'cookout music' he talked about

    Cause some (non legit) twitter account said Rihanna is dropping May24th. So people think Ye will do the same. A theory based on a theory from a random twitter account

    Definitely will be. Ye's series of performances and appearances on major TV broadcasts aren't just for the h--- of it, its marketing. Its just brand marketing, not product marketing. Kanye the brand, SHMG/SWISH/? the product. There's no reason, as a musical artist, to market your 'brand' without a product soon to be released. Expect a surprise drop (as contradictory as that is).
