    1. Choose the gif and the part you wanna use
    2. Go to ezgif.com and crop your gif to a square size
    3. Make sure that the gif is smaller than 1mb. Re-size the image until it is max 1mb large.
    4. Save the gif, upload it and have fun

    The trick is to get the picture the right size... it wont animate at 200x200. My avy is 167x167... that's what made it clear and made it animate at the same time. I think all gifs animate at 192x192 but they won't all be clear with those dimensions. The gifs don't have to be that small... only below 1mb. it's actually something like 970 or something but yeah.

    The number 1 trick is to get the right dimensions basically. 200x200 won't animate.

    You can use Imgur or Giflike to turn a part of a Youtube vid into a gif.
    You can use EZGif to crop and resize it.
    The gif has to be small (<1mb) to work.
