    To each their own, I think it's clearly the best out of the four. Not even debating its merits, but I'm unclear how you can prefer the drugged out juvenile ramblings of encore, or relapse's well documented issues, or even the dead end that is mmlp2 to recovery.... which, while not great, is middle of the road, sometimes compelling and overall the kind of album (content wise) eminem should now be making. i understand if you object to the watered down sound, and the pandering nature of something like not afraid. otherwise its a solid mehhh in my book.

    always hated the hook/beat, annoying he censors out suge too

    Thats not saying much since the album is terrible to being with. Its says alot when an album is released with the result being so bad that an entire message board was convinced it was a joke album to fool the leakers.

    He was like 4 years old when Eminem came out. In a way, he's able to look at his body of work from a neutral standpoint. All he can do is read about the cultural impact Eminem had. He never will be able to live through it. He'll never know what the vibe was like at parties and on college campuses when Eminem was in his prime. He'll never know what the scene was like at three straight Anger Management tours other than watching them on DVD.

    That being said, I think even his best albums aren't as great as I thought when I was 18 listening to them. I'm no longer mad at my parents. I'm 32 with my own family. I no longer think shock rap /dissing pop celebs is witty or cool. I don't do drugs. It's really not that relateable anymore.

    will you guys just let me enjoy mockingbird and stop shi--ing on it? assholes. It has that nostalgic appeal for me.

    seriously though... what's the issue with it? if all you've got is "it's corny" then don't bother replying

    I did just listen to it again for the first time in ages and i know it's not great or anything but i don't see how it's that bad. like i said though it has the nostalgic appeal
