    Here's the definitive take on Eminem:
    I was just watching Pacino's "you f---ing child" speech from Glengarry, and it occurred to me eminem is like, rap's pacino. Raw charisma and promise early, derailed after legendary/historic output, comes back a ham. Even Pacino's best post Sea of Love work -- Glengarry, Donnie Brasco, Insider -- is just a touch... broad/loud/abrasive. It's good (sometimes), but definitely a far cry from what he was

    1st Single has always been pretty good I thought.

    Big Weenie is one of his songs that I like to pretend doesn't exist in his catalog.

    By the way, Old Time's Sake has to be one of most overlooked worst songs of his career. It needs to get MORE hate. Just listen to how horrible the lyrics are. I have no idea what the h--- he's talking about. And he can't blame it on drugs this time.

    Can you expand on that? I thought the plot of The Way I Am was pretty clear, and the message was consistent throughout the song.

    Yeah, I will give the beat its credit.

    That being said, when I hear that beat, I associate it with his voice. Is it fair to say that this song is the accent at its worst?
