    but wow the ye x gary collab is unironically incredible..ultimately i don’t think anyone owns their own voice..(i could be wrong)

    music laws will certainly have to be revisited but i think if people use vocals then make their own lyrics over unused beats while not saying listing the artist as their actual name, they should be able to profit off of that and this will probably open doors for people to create music without using their own vocals

    like if i’m using someone’s voice but they technically never said what i’m making them say, i’d assume that could not be copyrighted by said artist..maybe they could sue but what does the lawsuit say lol
