    there were three snippets.

    first one was a 15 second snippet that said MMLP2 was coming and it was being exec. produced by Rubin and Dre.
    second one was a 30 second snippet that came a bit later the same day that featured the hook and parts of the music video.
    third was the first verse of the music video and the hook that was on ESPN. this came after the song was already out

    I don't know I think the snippets sound really good.


    On another note I can't believe people are afraid this might be GOF 2. I'm personally HOPING and PRAYING that it's that good. That would be a very pleasant surprise.

    I kind of hope he talks about being the underdog or whatever... people doubting him even though he is phenomenal-omenal-omenal or something. not just a straight up anti-bullying, ignore the haters, you're beautiful type thing

    I honestly think GOF and Fine Line have aged better than anything from Recovery. SpaceBound was terrific but with it being a story song it grew old fairly quick. GTC was a classic but kind of depressing and over years has turned into a song that isn't an easy listen.

    GOF though... lol I remember shi--ing all over that song because of the title. I predicted it'd be Survival 2.0 with a worse title. Thank goodness I was wrong. Contrary to what Stans believe I LOVE it when Eminem makes me look like an idiot. I don't like or enjoy having him put out bad music.

    I hope that this song will have a dope intro or some classic instrumental outro, on MMLP2 the tracks were cut right after Em stopped rapping and the only Intro i can think of right now is the Rap God one

    I hope it is based on the movie. Eminem needs something to talk about to keep him away from mentioning his a--- & d-ck. The doubters fuel line wasn't great imo.

    In your review of the song, I specifically remember you saying something along the lines of
    "Too Late to Start Over (yes, that is what I will be calling it from now on)" because you hated the name

    Fine Line is an absolute favourite of mine in the last few years. The second verse is so great.

    "I feel so isolated, nice I made it! But it's like I paid the price of fame twice, I hate it!" that part sounded so effortless...

    I have a feeling it'll start with the synth and the "oh oh oh oh oh " repeating in the background with no drums or anything. Just a guess.
