Best twist endings of all time?

    I absolutely love movies with twist endings, what do you think some of the best ones are? Please don't say the actual ending without a spoiler tag in case others want to see it and haven't yet.

    Se7en and usual suspects come to mind for me. A couple lesser known ones that I really liked are 'breaking the girls' and 'dead end.'

    I'm also a big fan of the saw movies and they usually have twists at the end.

    Cabin in The Woods was a horrible film before the "twist", then it just made it worse.

    Dead End & Saw (Original) have some GREAT twists

    I liked CITW but I do think it's pretty overrated. The concept is really good and original though.

    On topic, Side Effects (psychological thriller) has a great twist, and it's a great movie

    i wouldn't say ex machina had a best twist ending of all time, but the ending was surprising

    Any M. Night Shyamalan.

    Jokes. Shutter Island had a pretty good twist. Orphan. The Descent (before they decided on a sequel). Buried (shout out to @Deadpool) The Mist is a f---ing hilarious twist

    Hmmm glad you reminded me of this, some a------ actually ruined the ending for me a while ago before I was about to watch it so I never ended up watching it. But now that I think about it, I forgot what he told me the ending was so hopefully I can see it now without remembering.

    Although it's not on netflix, f---.

    Gonna check out as many of these movies as possible, love twist endings.

    I picked it up on DVD a couple years ago. Was a 2 for £10 deal. One of the best movies I've seen.
