    As the title says.

What would you say is the prime age for us humans?

I personally think it is between 27 and 33. Good balance between youth, experience and financial stability.

Late teens and early/mid 20s is cool and probably the most fun. You still got that teenage youth, peak testosterone levels, are physically able to recover very easily, going to clubs and not being weird. But at the same time you're still figuring s--- out.

Late 20s/30s you usually have your act together or are closer to reaching your goals, are more financially stable. I also feel you command much more respect on a business/professional level and in life in general once you reach 30. Physically you're still in your prime and have man strength.

Mid 30s I think you start to realize that no matter how hard you work, train your mind and body you can NEVER be a better, stronger or more attractive version than you are in that very moment. All you can do from that point on is maintain as best you can while you slowly decline. But I also hear from older folks that their happiest/most successful decade if they could go back was their 30s.

    What yous say

I am 28 and I feel like my "prime" is long behind me lmao.
18-22 was the best time of my life in terms of mindset, fitness and private life.
